Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and thrive in fast-paced environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Experience with Toast POS system is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using Toast POS system.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining or bar experience.
• Manage multiple bar stations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change using retail math skills.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to sanitation standards for food handling and beverage preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff or event coordinators during catering or banquet services to meet guest expectations.
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple customers efficiently without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, nightclub, and/or banquet settings is required.
• Previous experience in bar knowledge and cocktail preparation is required.
• Proficiency with Toast POS system is preferred.
• Strong skills in customer service, serving, cashiering, and food handling are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts smoothly.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays as required by the establishment’s schedule.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus.
• A personable attitude with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests in hospitality settings including nightclubs and banquet events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,200.00 per week
