Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while balancing speed and quality
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and handle any issues professionally
• Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong skills in bartending, including mixing drinks accurately and creatively
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
• Ability to perform basic math for accurate cash handling and drink measurements
• Experience working in restaurant or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous
• Friendly attitude with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
