Gusto Italia and ChoLon Lounge are seeking an experienced, versatile, and service-oriented Bartender / Server to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work across two distinct restaurant concepts, requiring adaptability, strong teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Position: Bartender / Server
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Base Pay: $16.27 per hour plus tips
Typical Total Earnings: $40–$50 per hour, including tips

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of two years of bartending experience.
• Minimum of two years of serving experience.
• Ability to adapt to and work effectively within two distinct restaurant programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• A genuine commitment to hospitality and exceptional guest service.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment.
