Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a keen understanding of fine dining service. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive atmosphere in our establishment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using OpenTable or other ordering systems.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with basic math skills.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
• Provide recommendations for food pairings and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining or nightclub environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling procedures is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software such as OpenTable is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions effectively.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
