We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires experience in fine dining or nightlife settings, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage the POS systems for order processing and payment transactions efficiently.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours, including banquet events and catering services.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Uphold responsible serving practices to ensure guest safety while consuming alcohol.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending within the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Experience using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
