Job Summary

As a bartender, you'll craft high-quality classic and seasonal cocktails, serve both bar and restaurant guests, and help shape our drink menus. Key Responsibilities

• Bar Operations
  • Prepare and serve beer, classic cocktails, and specialty drinks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift
  • Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies
• Guest Service
  • Deliver friendly and attentive service to bar and restaurant guests
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
  • Serve drinks to guests at the bar and to servers for restaurant tables
• Menu Development
  • Collaborate with the team to create and refine seasonal drink menus
• Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and the rest of the hospitality team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
• Strong guest service skills with a friendly, engaging personality
• TIPS or Safe Serve certification is a plus

Schedule
This is a part-time position. Specific scheduling will be discussed during the interview process.
