Job Summary
We are currently looking for experienced bartenders to join our team at Juanita’s Tex-Mex Cantina. Ideal candidates will have:

• 1–2 years of bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of standard cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A positive attitude and strong customer-service skills
• Reliability and professionalism during busy shifts

Duties

• • Verify the customers’ ages
• • Mix traditional and creative cocktails
• • Process payment
• • Clean glasses and bar utensils
• • Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
• • Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
• • Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
• • Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Pay: $2.13 per hour
