Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and related products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables or bar patrons promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices are followed, including checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations.
• Assist with banquet or catering events when needed, providing excellent service in diverse settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings; hospitality background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and food industry knowledge.
• Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience with serving in the food industry or retail environment is advantageous; catering or brewing experience is a plus.
