Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, process payments, and balance registers at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, hospitality settings, hotel experience or banquet experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, and wine/spirits expertise.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly.
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to all food safety and alcohol regulations.
• Experience with food handling, catering events, or food service environments is highly desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
