Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve drinks promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
• Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and adhere to licensing laws
• Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tips professionally
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other essentials
• Keep up-to-date with menu offerings, drink trends, and health & safety regulations relevant to food safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or bartending is essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy shifts
• Experience in restaurant or bar environments is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 8.0 per week
