Bartender — The Wobbly Olive / Allusion Speakeasy

The Wobbly Olive & Allusion Speakeasy are looking for talented, personable bartenders to join our team!

We’re looking for bartenders who bring personality, confidence, hospitality, and a genuine passion for craft cocktails to the bar. Our guests come to us for more than just a drink — they come for an experience. We want bartenders who can create that experience through great cocktails, engaging conversation, and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience required
• Craft cocktail experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
• Comfortable working with fresh ingredients, specialty cocktails, and detailed recipes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A fun, outgoing, and positive personality
• Ability to confidently interact with guests while maintaining professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
• Comfortable learning new menus, cocktails, themes, and service standards

The Schedule

• 4 nights per week
• Evening/night availability is required
• Consistent scheduling and reliability are important

Compensation

• Tipped minimum wage + tips
• Tips are based on guest volume, sales, and individual performance

Pay: $12.14 per hour
