Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Process cash transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and card payments with precision
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the bar’s menu offerings to keep the selection fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders when necessary, and minimizing waste
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and coordinate catering or event setups when required
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety

Experience

• Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants or nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
• Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $24.22 - $29.17 per hour
