Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items accordingly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS system such as Toast, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and cater to guest tastes
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by verifying guest age and monitoring consumption levels

Skills

• Experience with POS systems
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation practices
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate bill splitting
