Bartender

Narwhal’s Crafted is looking for fun, hardworking, genuine Nartenders to join our small but growing team at our St. Charles location. If you love what you do, take pride in doing it right, and want every guest to leave happy, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be on the front line with our guests, crafting great drinks and creating great experiences. You’ll work as part of a tight-knit team, keep the bar clean and organized, and execute every product at the highest level. Hospitality, teamwork, work ethic, and attention to detail are the hallmarks of a Nartender.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior restaurant experience, no prior bartending experience needed
• A genuine, positive person who wants to do their very best
• High standards for customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Willing to work evenings and weekends (scheduling is flexible with proper communication)
• ServSafe & SMART Certified (or willing to obtain)
• Must be 21+
