Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems. POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Develop innovative beverage recipes and suggest pairings to elevate the guest experience.

Experience

• Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining or hospitality industry settings.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends.
• Familiarity with POS systems. POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Experience in food handling, food safety procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Previous restaurant or food service experience that demonstrates your ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and bar management practices is a plus.

Pay: From $11.41 per hour
