Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Verify guest identification to ensure responsible serving practices
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Monitor guest behavior to promote safety and prevent over-serving
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Experience

• Previous experience working in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
• Basic math skills for handling payments and measuring ingredients accurately
• Excellent serving skills combined with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Pay: £18.50-£25.00 per hour
