Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check customers' identification and verify legal drinking age
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with bar inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
• Provide support during catering events as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and inventory management
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and beer styles is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
