Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling responsibly.
• Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies as needed, and assist with bar management duties during busy shifts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within a hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; ability to process transactions efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate order processing.
• Experience in bar management or hospitality industry roles is preferred but not required.

Pay: $23.76 - $28.62 per hour
