We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Bartender to join our Glasgow hospitality team.

From pouring the perfect pint to mixing cocktails and chatting with regulars, you'll help create the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back.

Whether you're an experienced bartender or looking to get started in hospitality, we're interested in people who enjoy a lively environment, take pride in their work and know how to make guests feel welcome.

As a Bartender, you'll:

• Prepare and serve beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take drink orders and process payments accurately
• Recommend drinks and help guests explore the menu
• Keep the bar clean, stocked and ready for busy service
• Follow responsible alcohol service and age-verification procedures
• Work with colleagues to manage orders during peak periods
• Help with opening, closing and general bar duties

Previous bar, restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful, but not essential. Training will be provided.

Training & Development

You'll have the opportunity to develop practical skills in cocktail preparation, drinks knowledge, customer service, bar operations and responsible alcohol service.

As your confidence grows, you may also have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in senior bartending, shift supervision or bar management.
