Bartender

We are seeking an experienced Bartender who seamlessly balances craft cocktail execution with speed and elevated customer care. If you take pride in delivering attentive, refined service while keeping a high-turnover bar moving effortlessly, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity: This role combines meticulous beverage execution with high-volume efficiency. You will manage a busy bar and service well, delivering engaging, polished guest interactions while keeping drink times fast and sales active through thoughtful recommendations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a busy, high-quality dining environment.
• Balanced Pace: Moves quickly and efficiently while maintaining a calm, welcoming, and polished demeanor at the bar.
• Product Knowledge & Up-Selling: Strong command of spirits, classic cocktails, and menu pairings, with a natural ability to guide guests toward premium options and add-ons.
• Attentive Care & Cultural Alignment: Sharp attention to detail, maintaining an immaculate bar setup, pristine glassware, and personalized guest touchpoints during peak rushes. You embody a proactive, guest-centric mindset at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute house beverage recipes with speed, precision, and consistency for bar guests and dining room tickets.
• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality that builds rapport, encourages return visits, and drives check averages.
• Maintain strict station cleanliness, organization, and prep efficiency throughout service.
• Teamwork & Guest Care: Work in close synchronization with the rest of the Front of House team. Proactively communicate any guest feedback or potential service issues to management immediately so we can resolve them in real time.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
