Bartender

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Bar experience preferred. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Pour, mix, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer orders with professionalism and friendliness, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance; ID certification is a plus.
• Manage cash register transactions and handle payments responsibly.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist in setting up the bar before shifts and closing procedures afterward.
• Provide recommendations on drink selections and promote specials when appropriate.

Requirements

• Willing to train candidates new to bartending.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pour drinks accurately and handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation procedures; ID certification is a plus but not required.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual with a professional appearance.

Pay: $25.31 - $30.48 per hour
