Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Take orders for food and drinks, process transactions with cash handling and cashiering skills, and manage tabs responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Restock supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment in nightclub or banquet settings; respond promptly to any issues or concerns.
• Assist with catering events or special functions by serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests and creating a lively atmosphere.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving drinks, food, and managing payments.
• Experience in hospitality or food industry roles that involve serving in fast-paced environments is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work well within a team in retail math or restaurant experience settings.
