We are on the lookout for a lively and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, offering personalized recommendations and creating signature drinks when appropriate.
• Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring expiration dates, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Process cash transactions accurately using TOAST POS systems
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards while handling food and beverages responsibly during service.
• Collaborate with restaurant or bar management to ensure seamless operations during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions.
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting for guests.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine types, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST POS r processing transactions efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests warmly and professionally.
• Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to bar management, serving alcohol responsibly, and maintaining a safe environment.

Pay: From $18.42 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
