BARTENDER

The role

We’re looking for a full-time bartender to run our bar, make great drinks, and give every guest a memorable experience.

What you’ll do

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks with our recipes and standards

Recommend drinks to guests and explain the menu with confidence

Keep the bar clean, stocked and organised throughout service

Handle opening and closing duties, including bar setup

Track stock levels and help with ordering and inventory counts

Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service practices

Contribute ideas for new drinks and seasonal specials

What we’re looking for

At least 1–2 years of bartending experience in a café, bar or restaurant preferred

Good knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits

Friendly, confident and comfortable chatting with guests

Organised, reliable and calm during busy periods

Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Creative and curious, with a genuine interest in developing new drinks and working with unfamiliar ingredients

What we offer

Salary: $2800 – $3800 per month
