Bartender

Job Overview

Bring energy, professionalism, and attentive service to every shift as a Bartender. Prepare and serve beverages, accurately process orders and payments, and create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for guests in a fast-paced bar and restaurant environment. Utilize knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits while maintaining organized, efficient, and responsible service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and consistently exceeding expectations.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Demonstrate expertise in cocktail preparation, spirits knowledge, wine service, and beverage menu development.
• Utilize a strong background in food service and restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Effectively manage multiple tables and/or bar stations while maintaining efficiency during busy service periods.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through a friendly, professional, and engaging demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and adhere to proper sanitation standards and procedures.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, quick thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Required: Bartending, serving, customer service, cash handling, and time management.
• Helpful experience: Restaurant, food service, food industry, or hospitality; familiarity with POS systems.
• Beverage knowledge: Mixology, cocktail experience, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and spirits experience.

Pay: $10.70 per hour
