Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred, particularly in fine dining or catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
• Excellent math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to help guests feel welcome.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
