Bartender

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts while managing time effectively to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper serving techniques.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours, balancing multiple orders efficiently.
• Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus, along with retail math skills for accurate transactions.

Pay: $22.36 - $26.92 per hour
