Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and specialty coffee drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and create customized beverage recipes to enhance their experience
• Operate POS systems such as Clover POS to process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor beverage stock levels to ensure seamless service during busy hours
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by creating a lively atmosphere, handling guest inquiries professionally, and ensuring satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to support food service operations during events like banquets or nightclubs, ensuring smooth coordination

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, coffee making, or related food service roles within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, spirits, wine, craft beer, and brewing processes
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately
• Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a restaurant or bar setting
• Previous experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a lively hospitality environment
