We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Bartender / Cook. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink
• Mix drinks with precision using proper techniques, garnishes, and presentation standards
• Cook and serve food items with attention to food safety, proper handling, and presentation standards
• Manage food orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and bar areas
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cashing out customers smoothly
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any special requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, dining space, and kitchen following health regulations
• Assist in bar management tasks including inventory control, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that promotes guest satisfaction and repeat business

Experience

• We are willing to train, no experience needed, must be 18 or older, by law, will also pay for online R.A.M.P course.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with positive communication skills
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash handling

We are a laid back, fun loving bar, looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team! Weekends and nights are a must.
