Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Bartender / Bistro Attendant to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. This role is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in our Bistro, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve menu items such as breakfast items, coffee, and light dinner options
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bistro, kitchen, and dining areas
• Stock supplies and ensure all items are readily available for service
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous food service, barista, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
