Bartender (Day Time , AM)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote a positive atmosphere.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all beverages are stored properly following food safety standards.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events or busy periods.
• Assist in beverage recipe development to introduce innovative drinks that excite our guests and reflect current trends in mixology.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage diverse guests.
• Previous experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of beverages and food items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work during morning hours (AM shifts).
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and measuring ingredients accurately.
