About the role

Smoky Boys Milton Keynes is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Bartender / Drinks Maker to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and can stay organised and calm when things get busy, especially during weekends.

We do not serve alcohol. Instead, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of mocktails, soft drinks, milkshakes and hot drinks while making sure every order is prepared quickly and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

* Prepare and serve mocktails, milkshakes, soft drinks and hot drinks.

* ⁠Work quickly and efficiently during busy periods, particularly on weekends.

* Handle multiple orders while maintaining accuracy and quality.

* Keep the bar area clean, tidy and organised throughout the shift.

* Ensure all drinks, ingredients, syrups, garnishes and other supplies are fully stocked.

* Follow food hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.

* Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

* Maintain a friendly and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.

* Previous experience as a bartender, barista or drinks maker is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
