Kitchen North is seeking a personable, motivated, and professional bartender to join our team for the upcoming season.

We are a fine dining restaurant that prides itself on exceptional hospitality, quality cocktails, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and spirits with consistency and attention to detail.
• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to bar guests.
• Build relationships with regulars while creating memorable experiences for new guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, and wine.
• Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all restaurant policies, responsible alcohol service practices, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred, ideally in an upscale or fine dining environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
