Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies efficiently, and monitor alcohol consumption for responsible service.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or related food service roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and cocktail recipes.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a lively yet professional environment.
• Experience in food safety practices, food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event shifts.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and accurate order processing.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
