Bartender (full-time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy hotel bar environment, takes pride in providing excellent customer service and has a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, professional and efficient service to all guests.

• Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails.

• Taking orders and ensuring they are served accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented bar area.

• Handling cash and card payments accurately.

• Ensuring all responsible service of alcohol procedures are followed.

• Restocking and maintaining bar supplies and equipment.

• Working closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure excellent guest service.

• Dealing with guest requests and queries in a friendly and professional manner.

• Following all hotel health, safety and hygiene procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous bar experience is preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• A friendly, positive and professional attitude.

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.

• Good attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

• A genuine interest in hospitality and creating a great experience for guests.
