Hog Heaven Sports Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced, energetic high-volume bartender who knows how to move fast, entertain guests, and produce consistently great drinks in a busy sports-bar environment.

We are seeking a bartender who thrives during packed game days, live entertainment, holidays, and late-night business. The right candidate will be confident behind the bar, accurate under pressure, and focused on increasing sales while delivering genuine Florida Keys hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven high-volume bartending experience
• Fast and accurate drink production
• Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and popular cocktails
• Ability to manage multiple guests and service-bar tickets simultaneously
• Confident personality with excellent guest-engagement skills
• Strong upselling ability
• Accurate cash handling and POS experience
• Consistent adherence to recipes and standard pour counts
• Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
• Ability to maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests quickly
• Prepare drinks accurately and efficiently
• Ring in every beverage before it is served
• Upsell premium spirits, signature cocktails, appetizers, and specials
• Monitor guests and serve alcohol responsibly
• Maintain proper inventory and minimize waste
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Restock beer, liquor, mixers, ice, and bar supplies
• Work closely with servers, barbacks, managers, and kitchen staff
• Help create a fun, energetic atmosphere without sacrificing professionalism
