BARTENDER - HORN PUB

Job Overview

Join the energetic team at Horn Pub, where great drinks, great food, live entertainment, and an unforgettable atmosphere keep our guests coming back!

We are a high-volume, fast-paced sports bar and restaurant looking for experienced, energetic, and dependable bartenders who thrive in a busy environment. We're not your average neighborhood bar — we stay busy, and we know how to have fun doing it!

Our Monday and Wednesday Wing Nights are some of our busiest shifts, bringing in crowds of hungry guests ready for wings, cold drinks, and great service. Throughout the week, we keep the excitement going with Trivia Nights, Bar Bingo, Karaoke, and Live Music, all drawing lively crowds and creating a fun, high-energy atmosphere.

Our live music nights and outdoor concert series weekends take things to another level, attracting large crowds and requiring bartenders who can handle high-volume drink orders while maintaining speed, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.

We're looking for bartenders who can:

• Thrive under pressure and keep up with a consistently busy bar.
• Handle high-volume shifts, especially wing nights, live entertainment, and special events.
• Prepare drinks quickly, accurately, and consistently.
• Provide friendly, outgoing, and engaging customer service.
• Multitask between bar guests, service tickets, and dining tables.
• Work efficiently with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and personality to every shift.
• Be available for evenings, weekends, and major events.

At Horn Pub, we're looking for more than someone who can pour drinks. We want bartenders who bring energy to the room, connect with our regulars, welcome new faces, and help create the atmosphere that makes Horn Pub a destination.

If you love a packed bar, great music, busy shifts, and the opportunity to make great tips while working with a fun, hardworking team, Horn Pub is the place for you!
