Lead From the Front. Learn From the Best. Build What's Next.

We're looking for an ambitious Bartender / Hospitality Assistant to join our Sheffield team. This is a customer-facing entry-level opportunity for someone who thrives in high-energy, fast-paced hospitality settings and wants to develop commercial communication skills while remaining closely involved in direct customer interactions across active venue setups.

You'll work directly with customers, support brand presentation delivery, learn from experienced campaign managers, and gradually take on greater responsibility. It's designed to give motivated candidates from bar, restaurant, and hospitality backgrounds a genuine route from entry level into leadership and campaign management.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Interact directly face-to-face with prospective customers at live pop-up environments and promotional setups to help create a positive brand experience
  • Support colleagues with customer inquiries, drink/hospitality brand messaging, and routine product presentations on-site
  • Help coordinate daily venue setups, display arrangements, and maintain presentation standards
  • Encourage team members to communicate confidently and professionally with diverse public audiences
  • Listen to customer feedback and assist with product sign-ups, account registrations, and onboarding
  • Support new starters as they learn campaign flow, customer service, and brand representation standards
  • Assist experienced managers with daily briefing huddles, logistics, and target setting
  • Help monitor event engagement objectives, conversion metrics, and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Take part in customer engagement and commercial acquisition activities, supporting direct sales targets where appropriate
  • Take on additional campaign management responsibilities as your skills develop

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Confident speaking with customers and colleagues face-to-face
  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working with different personalities
  • A strong communicator and active listener
  • Organised, reliable, and willing to take initiative on your feet during busy shifts
  • Positive when dealing with fast-paced operational challenges
  • Interested in developing customer acquisition and team management skills
  • Comfortable working in an active, target-driven, customer-facing environment
  • Ambitious about building a long-term commercial career

No previous bar or hospitality experience is required. Experience in food & beverage, bartending, retail, customer service, brand promotions, or sales support is helpful but not essential, as full training and development will be provided. What You'll Get

  • Competitive salary structure plus performance-based bonuses
  • Structured campaign delivery and customer experience training
  • Coaching and mentoring from experienced managers
  • Opportunities to work alongside senior team members across accessible Sheffield locations
  • Clear internal progression opportunities into Senior Coordinator and Campaign Management roles
  • Regular feedback and professional development support
  • Recognition and reward programmes with monthly incentives
  • Team development, social events, and networking opportunities
  • A supportive, energetic, and inclusive working environment
