What You’ll Do

As a Bartender / Keyholder at THG Palatine, you’ll wear multiple hats to ensure our establishment runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages with precision and flair.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Managing opening and closing duties as a keyholder, ensuring the venue is secure and ready for the next shift.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Collaborating with team members to uphold our high standards of service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the role. To thrive in this position, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to handle busy shifts with grace.
• A sense of responsibility and trustworthiness, especially in keyholder duties.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
