Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

• Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and beverage quality
• Develop and refine beverage menus, including signature cocktails, wine selections, and craft beer offerings, ensuring variety and innovation
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability while minimizing waste
• Train staff on POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient processing of transactions and cash handling
• Oversee food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and compliance with health regulations in all bar operations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours, special events, or banquets
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to uphold our reputation for excellent service

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales and cash transactions accurately
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and cocktail development
• Proven leadership skills in bar management within the hospitality industry or fine dining environments
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Ability to train staff on beverage preparation, sales techniques, cash handling, retail math, and POS operation
• Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus for managing diverse service environments
