Bartender Manager

Overview

Mohegan After Dark (Lansdowne Pub/Avalon Nightclub/Vista Lounge/Game On) is looking for an experienced Bar Manager/Bartender. You will lead the bar operations with energy, expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills and a deep appreciation for a "good drink" paired with top notch hospitality. You will oversee bar staff, bar cleanliness/organization, bar menus/drink specials and ensure top-tier customer service.

Open availability across all seven days of the week is required, with weekends mandatory. Hours vary, so flexibility is essential, including availability for very late-night shifts.

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems such as PosiTouch & Toast, strong cash handling skills.
• Proven expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, wine, beer and spirits
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing bar teams in hospitality or restaurant environments
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail as the leader behind the bar
• Deep understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to multitask effectively across various responsibilities
