Bartender Manager/Server

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, people-oriented, hardworking, level-headed employee to fill a position on our bar crew. Experience is highly preferred, but you must be open to the idea that every bar is different. Training will be provided with or without experience behind a bar. You must be able to lead a team, handle cash, and resolve issues for customers and employees with a calm, professional demeanor, and report back to your manager as needed. In addition to hourly pay, you also collect tips. THIS JOB WILL NOT ONLY BE BARTENDING. YOU WILL ROTATE SERVING SHIFTS WITH OTHER BARTENDERS.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of bar service
• Lead by example in preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beers, and spirits with precision and speed
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh, innovative, and aligned with current trends in the hospitality industry
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS for processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring proper processing of payments and balancing registers at shift end
• Maintain adherence to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
• Foster a welcoming environment by providing outstanding customer service, addressing guest needs promptly, and creating memorable experiences

Experience

• Not required to have experience behind a bar, but a huge advantage.
• MUST at least have serving and restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 21 and able to hold an Oklahoma liquor license.

Pay: $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
