The Harbour Hotel, part of the MHL Hotel Collection, is currently seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and experienced Bartender to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Please note: Midweek availability is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and efficient service to all guests.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers and spirits.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation within the bar.
• Ensure all guests receive a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Comply with all food safety, health and safety and responsible alcohol service procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant or busy bar environment is desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation would be an advantage.
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Must be available to work midweek shifts, including weekdays and evenings.
• Flexibility to work weekends when required.
