WE'RE LOOKING FOR A BARTENDER!

We are searching for an experienced, passionate and motivated Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Someone who genuinely loves mixology, understands the importance of quality and consistency, and brings creativity, efficiency and positive energy to every service.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a quality restaurant or cocktail bar
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage service
• Excellent cocktail preparation, presentation and garnishing skills
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistency during high-volume service
• Good understanding of bar organisation, mise en place, stock rotation and hygiene standards
• Confidence in recommending drinks and interacting with guests
• Passion for learning new techniques, ingredients and cocktail trends
• Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills
• Professional, positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to remain calm, focused and efficient under pressure
• Fluent English and good French are essential
