Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced mixologist with a passion for craft beverages, hospitality, and precision. You will be responsible for crafting classic and signature cocktails, maintaining an organized and immaculate bar area, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

This is a part-time position requiring availability on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, with occasional opportunities to work private events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft & Serve: Prepare classic cocktails, signature mixology recipes, beer, and wine with consistency, speed, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional, warm, and attentive customer service, building rapport with guests while maintaining professional hospitality standards.
• Bar Operations & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and sanitized workstation before, during, and after service.
• Inventory & Prep: Perform prep work (juicing, batching, garnishes, syrups) efficiently and monitor stock levels, exercising initiative to restock and re-organize as needed.
• Integrity & Compliance: Safely manage cash and register operations, follow responsible alcohol service guidelines (checking IDs, recognizing over-service), and uphold company trust and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a fast-paced or craft beverage environment (Required).
• Attention to Detail: High standard for beverage quality, presentation, portion control, and cleanliness.
• Key Traits: High level of trustworthiness, reliability, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
• Availability: Must be available to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, as well as occasional private events on an as-needed basis.
• Certifications: Valid local seller/server certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) as required by local regulations.
• Working Interview: A mandatory working interview will be required as part of the hiring process.
