Job Title: Bartender
Location: Rado's Grill – Broomfield, CO
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $15 / hour + tips (Estimated total:$25+/hr)

Key Responsibilities

• Craft signature cocktails, pour draft beers, and serve wine efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Greet bar guests with high energy, take food and drink orders, and offer menu recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area throughout service, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Process payments using our POS system accurately and manage cash floats.
• Verify age requirements and practice responsible alcohol service at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or grill setting.
• Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor profiles.
• Certifications: Current state/local alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Skills: Excellent multitasking, strong communication, and ability to keep cool under a rush.
• Availability: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shifts.
