Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits, and craft beers with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle food service responsibilities when needed, including food handling and serving at bar or banquet events
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as necessary to ensure seamless service during busy nights

Experience

• Proven bartending experience in nightlife venues such as nightclubs or bars
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends
• Experience with POS systems like toast or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during high-volume periods
• Background in hospitality industry roles including restaurant service, bar management or catering is highly valued
• Ability to work nights and weekends consistently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
