Bartender (Part-time)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking orders and answering queries.
• Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management throughout shifts.
• Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with licensing laws.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or bartending role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

We are looking for somebody to join us for 8-12 hours per week. Working Saturdays are a must.
