Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate outstanding service while maintaining efficiency during busy hours.
• Oversee all aspects of bar operations, and ensuring proper food handling and safety protocols are followed.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, alcohol serving regulations, and responsible beverage service practices.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless food and beverage pairing.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Demonstrated ability in sales growth, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
• Experience with banquet service, catering events, or retail math is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
