Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system smoothly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during busy hours and special events.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, especially in bartending or serving roles.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, tips, and inventory counts.
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
